Marc Urgell
Marc Urgell is a decisive professional, with a deep knowledge of his practice area and a high capacity for effort and commitment to the client. He stands out for his capacity for leadership, anticipation and planning. Apart from his responsibilities with the firm he holds positions on administrative bodies in companies from different sectors, as well as teaching at some of the main business school in Barcelona.
Marc Urgell is the managing partner of the firm Abast Global under the Andorra Solutions network. He has extensive experience offering advice in the tax and commercial field in the Principality of Andorra to multinational groups and individuals with large assets, in collaboration with the main international law firms. His business and entrepreneurial facet has led him to advise start-ups and local companies in financing rounds, as well as to advise different organizations on a day-to-day basis, holding the position of director in various administrative bodies in companies investment, restoration, consulting and real estate groups.

Apart from his professional activity, since he was 25 years old he has been a professor for the Master of Taxation at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), an institution where he also gives sessions in different postgraduate courses, all related to international taxation and tax planning. He has also collaborated as a teacher in master’s degrees and postgraduate programs at other universities or business schools, such as the Universitat d’Andorra, the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) or ESADE Business School.
He has given specific training sessions “in house” for professional firms such as Tax Lawyers and Economists, offering training on the Andorran tax system or as the ETL Group, in specialization training in restructuring operations, neutrality regime and transactions.
